Our ‘pack’ of PWDS loves Hot Paws! Ruby comes to get me in the morning and lets me know she is ready to go. They get into the car and when we get there, it is a burst of energy out the car door and into the Hot Paws lobby! Off they go to have a great day at their favorite place, Hot Paws! Octavio & Staff,

Recently we boarded our new English Mastiff (Clyde) puppy at Hot Paws for a week. The service and care for our dog was excellent. Also, the customer service was top notch and the best we have ever experienced. It’s obvious that ya’ll have passion and love what you do. One thing: put pictures of Clyde on your website.

We will use Hot Paws next time in town,

Hi,
Wow, I enjoyed your videos and pictures. I have a 7 year old Brussels Griffon named Zeppelin. He’s very friendly, loves other dogs and people of all ages. He’s unfortunately very clingy. I moved here from Idaho last year and he has not done well with the heat. I’m needing him groomed, but I’m also needing to board him. I’m to have a procedure at the hospital and will not be able to care for him for a few weeks. 2 to 3. He’s gotten a bit over weight due to my illness, so a break playing and running is what he needs. I have a little flexibility on when I go to hopitoal as I want to make sure my Zep is in the best hands while I’m down. Thank You, Leslie 904-624-6463
